GRACE Marketplace Launches Executive Search for Permanent Chief Executive Officer
The Board of Directors seeks a visionary, mission-driven leader to guide the organization into its next chapter.
Gainesville, FL - The Alachua County Coalition for the Homeless and Hungry (ACCHH), which operates as GRACE Marketplace, is pleased to announce the launch of its executive search for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Board of Directors is seeking a visionary, mission-driven leader to guide the organization through its next chapter of impact and growth.
“We’re not just looking for someone to run the day-to-day,” said Kevin Spellicy, Board Chair for GRACE Marketplace. “We want a leader who truly cares about people - someone who listens, builds trust, and brings the kind of heart and steady leadership it takes to make a real difference in the lives of our neighbors experiencing homelessness.”
GRACE is seeking a leader with a collaborative and transparent leadership style, strong financial and fundraising skills, and a passion for low-barrier, housing-first, and person-centered approaches. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a deep commitment to serving vulnerable populations, and a strong understanding of the systemic inequities that contribute to homelessness.
Last September, the Board of Directors appointed John Thomas to serve as Interim Chief Executive Officer, providing leadership and continuity during a period of executive transition.
