The Navigator Team Helps Mark Reunite with his Family

The line between homelessness and safe, secure housing is often much thinner than people think. In some cases, all it takes is a single event to change your life for the worse. Fortunately, sometimes all it takes is a single positive event to change it all for the best.

For GRACE success story, Mark, that positive event turned out to be finding GRACE — and, soon after, his way home.

After coming to GRACE, Mark completed his intake with the Navigator team, where they discovered Mark had family who were happy to help. The only trick was to get him there.

Thanks to the kind act of a private donor, Mark was able to get the bus ticket he needed to make his journey back home. Now, instead of worrying about where he'll sleep, Mark can focus on building a strong future.
