We see stories of resilience every day at GRACE, like the mother and daughter duo who arrived at our campus with their beloved dog and the determination to put a roof over their heads.

Meet Martina and Pola, who faced many challenges. When they arrived at GRACE, they had one goal: stability. Fueled by their desire for a stable home, Martina and Pola worked closely with our housing team to overcome barriers preventing them from finding a home. Pola secured not one but two jobs. Both Pola and Martina worked on saving money each month.

Our team also helped Martina obtain essential documents like her birth certificate and social security card, both vital for getting back into housing! Their relentless hard work and focus on their goal paid off.

Now, Martina and Pola are in a new place of their own to call home! These moments don't happen by accident. For folks just like Martina and Pola, your donation helps make home possible and starts new chapters filled with safety, respect, and dignity.
